Lots: Multi-level grain sampler probe (manual). Designed for multi-level selection of spot samples of grains, legumes, oilseeds, as well as other bulk products from vehicle bodies, railway cars, floor storage warehouses and silos. Type of construction: Cylindrical, hollow, two-pipe (consists of outer and inner tightly fitting metal cylinders). Fence method (cellular) Multi-level, due to through intake holes (windows/cells). The collection of material should occur simultaneously at several levels along the entire length of the immersed part when the inner pipe rotates relative to the outer one. Design features: the presence of a sharp conical tip for smooth immersion into a dense mass of grain. Design intake windows should prevent damage and pinching of grains when closing the probe. The presence of a T-shaped or ring handle for easy rotation of the cylinder. The total length is at least 2.5 meters (2500 mm). Diameter (outer) from 35 mm to 50 mm (provides free passage of large grains, sunflower, corn). The number of intake windows is at least 5-8 cells (distributed evenly along the length of the probe for representative selection). Body material: metal: high-strength anodized aluminum (duralumin) or stainless steel steel. The material must be resistant to corrosion, bending deformation and mechanical wear.
