Description : INVITATION TO BID Purchase of Plant and Machinery along with Transfer of Technical Knowhow for Composites Based Sports Goods For Product Development Center (PDC), Sialkot Product Development Center (PDC) for Composites Based Sports Goods, Sialkot is a project of Government of Pakistan being executed through Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA). The project aims to provide Common Facility Services to the sports sector in the manufacturing of Composites Based Sports Goods. PDC invites sealed bids from original manufacturers / authorized distributers / suppliers/contractors etc. registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of complete Plant and Machinery for manufacturing of composites based Sports Goods including Roller & Golf Sticks, Ice Hockey sticks, Rackets, Baseball & Cricket Bats, Billiard Ques, Water Sports equipment?s, snow sports and Fishing Tackle. A foreign bidder is entitled to bid with the joint venture / collaboration of a Pakistani contractor. Interested bidders including original manufacturers and or suppliers meeting the criteria as prescribed in the bidding document may apply along with following documents: 1. Company/Firm Profile 2. Proof of registration with Income and Sales Tax Department 3. Copies of agency, joint venture agreement with manufacturers/international suppliers along with their complete profile. 4. Undertaking on the letterhead, that the bidder is not blacklisted by any other organization or any Government department. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. are available at the address mentioned below. Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 1, 500. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from (www.smeda.org.pk free of cost. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the below mentioned address on or before 26 April, 2018 at or before 1500hrs PST.
