The UNFCCC secretariat is seeking a qualified vendor to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for provision of comprehensive web archiving services and support, with an initial term of three years, with the option for up to two one-year extensions (3+1+1). Participation in this solicitation is open exclusively to legally registered companies with demonstrated web archiving expertise; proposals from individual contractors will not be considered.The services encompass comprehensive digital preservation capabilities including:1. Web Content Capture and Archiving:- Systematic crawling and capture of UNFCCC websites and subdomains- Dynamic content archiving (JavaScript, AJAX, React, Angular applications)- Social media platform archiving (Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)- Multimedia content preservation (images, videos, PDFs, documents)- Complex site archiving including password-protected and security-service protected sites- Legacy content format handling (Flash, SVG, complex CSS)2.
