Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Guarding Services, Alarm Monitoring, Control Room Operations and

Cash-in Transit Services to BMC Plants and Property in Lobatse, Francistown and Maun
The Botswana Meat Commission (BMC) invites bids from 100% citizen owned reputable companies for the provision of security services to the BMC in Lobatse, Frandstown and Maun. The tender will be for a period of three (3) years.

The BMC is soliciting ITT from Security companies fully registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in Code 100 under the following sub codes - (Security Guard Services) sub code 01, sub code 2 (Specialist Security Services) and sub code 04 (Electronic Security Service) to provide security services to BMC Plants.

The BMC requires its assets and property to be protected at all its three (3) Plants located in Lobatse, Francistown and Maun. These assets there-fore require protection against security threats that are forever escalating in the country. It is against this background that the following managed services are sought from prospective security service providers.

1.1.1 Security Guarding services at designated BMC premises.

1.1.2 Security Control Room Operators at BMC (Headquarters) for purposes of monitoring and managing CCTV, Access Control and Alarms covering all BMC premises and infrastructure.

1.1.3 Cash-ln Transit services for Lobatse and Maun Plants.

It is therefore imperative that the tenderer will provide security resources to ensure that all the duties as described in the Instruction to Tender (ITT) are carried out accordingly and that BMC premises, infrastructure, employees, customers, and operations are secure 24 hours a day, 7 days

a week under any circumstances. All the services provided by the security service provider employees will be under the full management and supervision of the security service provider.
