Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Coordination Services in Tepng Phc District.
SCOPE OF WORK

Services to be provided shall include as a minimum the following:

(a) Coordination of the activities of the armed GSF for Onshore/Offshore

escort and intervention Services on Company Personnel.

(b) Ensure response to distress calls for COMPANY personnel in

Onshore/Offshore fields and its environs.

c) Carry out threat assessment, terrain analysis and propose strategy and

requirements.

(d) Ensure proper liaison between COMPANY and Government Security

Forces (GSF) command (Troop level, disciplinary matter and follow up)

(e) For the offshore operations: A Coordinator shall be in charge of the

Security vessel used for offshore patrols around Total assets. He receives

task from Maritime Operations Centre and get field instructions from the

(f) tactical controller. When operating alone he may assume tactical control

of the vessel. His responsibilities include but. not limited to the following:
Maintaining a permanent coverage of the asset to be protected or

sector attributed by tactical controller. Vessel must be in the best

location in order to intercept potential intruder and give enough delay

to workers on board to initiate lockdown procedure.

Providing security instructions to the ship’s captain in order to perform

the mission in accordance with MOC procedures: Maritime Exclusion

zone, identification zone, convoy orders, operation order and (if

applicable) with convoy commander instructions:

• RDVs at sea to be respected

• Accurate Watch bridge / radio / radar to be performed

• Designated patrol areas ready to intervene in case of intrusion on

site.
