Tender Details

1. The United Nations Regional Service Centre, Entebbe (UNRSCE), Uganda wishes to establish Long-Term Contracts for the provision of various maintenance and repair services required for the Buildings at RSC Entebbe Campus as follows: (a) Maintenance & Repair of Civil and Plumbing works (b) Maintenance& Repair of Electrical and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) works (c) Maintenance & Repair of Fire Protection Systems (d) Maintenance & Repair of Elevator Systems2. The vendor shall have valid business/trading license and valid license/permit to operate in Uganda for construction, engineering, or maintenance work all from relevant competent Ugandan Authorities.3. The Contract terms shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend further for four(4) one-year periods (1+1+1+1) (total 5 years) at the sole discretion of RSCE.4. Vendors responding to the REOIshould indicate their interest in providing a specific service, a combination of services or all of the Services.5.
