Tenders are invited for Provision of Repair and Maintenance Services for Generator.
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which

appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 04/10/2023.

The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the TANZANIA

COMMERCIAL BANK COMPANY LTD during the financial year 2023/2024. It is intended that

part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of repair and maintanance services for Generator.

The TANZANIA COMMERCIAL BANK COMPANY LTD now invites tenders from pre-qualified eligible Tenderers for the supply of Provision of repair and maintanance services for Generator.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Act, Cap 410 and is open to tenderers specified in paragraph 3 of this IFT.

A complete set of tendering document(s) in ENGLISH may be accessed through NeST.

Tenderers are required to register on NeST and pay tender participation fee as indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process.

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the tendering document.

All tenders must be appropriately filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 12:00 PM Local Hours on 27/12/2023. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.

Tenders not received through NeST shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the

circumstances.
