There are basic preparatory/cleaning processes that must be performed to ensure the Vessel-s accessibility such

as:

• Spading and un-spading and reconnection

• Manhole opening and closing

• Removal and reinstallation of Channel Heads

• Removal and reinstallation of tube bundles

• Removal and reinstallation of the air cooler plug

• Dismantle and reinstallation of body flanges

• Pressure vessel ventilation

• Vacuum test on heat exchanger tubes

• Robotics tank cleaning (no man entry)

• Confined space entry for vessel cleaning

• Replacement & modification of anode & supports

• Weld overlay: removal of equipment inside vessels; closing of the manhole
