The scope of work involves the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of a culturally rich and environmentally responsible beach event series from May to October. This includes developing a monthly event calendar, securing safe and crowd-manageable venues in the West Coast region, and ensuringcompliance with safety and environmental standards. The contractor will engage key stakeholders such as GTBoard, NCAC, NEA, and community groups, and mobilize local artists, vendors, and micro-enterprises. A strategic communication plan will be implemented using social media, traditional media, andtourism platforms, supported by professionally designed promotional materials. Programming will showcase The Gambia's cultural diversity through performances, workshops, eco-education, and family-friendly activities. Responsibilities also include logistical coordination, on-site operations, provisionof amenities, and environmental stewardship through waste management and community clean-ups. Monitoring and evaluation tools will track participation, vendor performance, and impact, with monthly reports documenting progress, outcomes, and lessonslearned.
