Description:

1. United Nations requests information regarding provision of Medium Utility Rotary Wing Aircraft to be used in support of UN Mission in DR Congo (MONUSCO). The United Nations invites all interested parties to submit a written response to this Request for Information (RFI), including the Questionnaire attached, and the filled in table in excel format. 2. The UN is seeking air charter services (ACMI-type arrangement) to be utilized by the UN. Dedicated air charter services will be required for the period from 20 July 2018 until 10 December 2018, with the option of 1 additional month. During this period, the aircraft would be exclusively committed to support electoral materials distribution in DR Congo and tasked by the UN out of Operational Bases located in the Mission area. 3. This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of air services available with an estimate of their corresponding costs and should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, supplies, or solutions offered. No contract will be awarded as a direct result of this RFI exercise, however the UN may decide to engage in tendering or negotiations based on the feedback received.
