Tenders are invited for Provision of maintenance, upkeep and repair services for seventy-one (71) TOYOTA, CITROËN and MITSUBISHI brand transport equipment.
They can also obtain it at the address mentioned above, against payment of a non-refundable sum of twenty-five thousand (25, 000) CFA francs . Payment method will be cash.
3. Compliance and qualification requirements are:
· Be specialized in the maintenance and repair of transport equipment of makes and models represented in the OTR vehicle fleet;
· Have a garage with the necessary tools and equipment;
· Have relevant experience of at least three (03) years in carrying out similar services with large public establishments, large companies or Non-Governmental Organizations or International Organizations;
· Have qualified, experienced and competent personnel (Provide the list of specialties represented: Mechanics, electricity, bodywork, painting, etc., and attach their diploma and CV.);
· Have a workshop equipped with a safety system for the machines made available to the service provider by customers, for maintenance and/or repair needs;
· Justify the existence of a relay maintenance workshop or structure within the country and indicate its regional coverage;
· Be in good standing with the public administration by presenting in the offer the administrative documents indicated in point 6.1d of the Special Data of the Price Information File (DPDRP).
