The Adaptation Fund (AF) seeks a vendor to provide end-to-end logistical support for the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Community of Practice for Direct Access Entities (CPDAE), to be held in Dakar, Senegal. The meeting will be hosted by the Centre de Suivi Ecologique (CSE), Senegal's AF/GCF-accredited entity.Scope of Services includes travel coordination, accommodation, in/out transport reimbursements, and participant coordination. The 2026 meeting marks a strategic transition into CPDAE Phase II and will focus on governance strengthening, structured planning, and resource mobilization. Since its establishment in 2019, the CPDAE has grown to 39 members and serves as a key platform for advancing Direct Access and locally led climate action.
