Tenders are invited for Provision of Internal Audit Services for Eswatini Energy Regulatory Authority

The successful firm shall:

Systematic review of the adequacy of the Authority’s internal and risk control systems and procedures and reporting to ensure all information is valid and conforms to Internal Auditing Standards.
Perform general compliance tests to determine whether the Authority is operating within the framework of the applicable legislations, regulations and policies.
The closing date for submission of tenders and opening is

Friday, 15th November, 2019 at 11H00. Late, incomplete, telephoned or

telegraphic tenders will not be considered.
Bids must be received by ESERA at the address specified on or before Friday, 15th November 2019 at 11H00. In the event of the specified date for the submission of Bids being declared a holiday for Eswatini, the Bids will be received up to the appointed time on the next working day.
