The United Nations invites qualified insurance brokerage firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Property Insurance Broker Services across all relevant policy lines, including but not limited to Property All Risk, Flood, and Terrorism/Political Violence/Sabotage (TS/PV).The initial contract term will be three (3) years, with the possibility of two (2) optional extensions of two (2) years each, for a maximum duration of seven (7) years. A detailed Scope of Work will be provided under the Request for Proposal (RFP) document, to be sent to the firms who respond to this EOI and sign the appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).Specific Requirements/InformationTo be considered for participation in the RFP, interested firms must meet the following pre qualification criteria:1) The vendor has at least five (5) years of relevant experience, e.g. technical expertise with Property and T/S/PV insurance policy lines. The experience must be documented and pertain to actitives and services directly related to the insurance requirement outlined. 2) The vendor has at least three organizational clients of comparable size and scale to the United Nations (150, 000 staff members worldwide).3) The vendor has a minimum of ten (10) offices on at least four (4) continents with worldwide property experience.EOIs must be accompanied by all required supporting documentation.
