Tenders are invited for Provision of Helicopter Services

Scope of Services:
This Scope of Services Covers the Provision of Helicopter Services in APDNL` S Onshore & Offshore Field Locations as a Minimum Requirement, the Selected Contractor shall have the Necessary Experience and Capability and shall be Fully Responsible for the Supply and Maintenance of the Helicopter the Scope of Work shall Include but not be Limited to the following
A. Provide, Maintain and Operate the Sikorsky $76C** Aircraft(S) from the Contractor`s Operations Bases Situated in Port Harcourt and Lagos
B. for the Use of the Company, its Agents and Subcontractors for Service for Which the Aircraft is Approved
C. Provide and Maintain at the Operations Bases Such Suitable Spare Parts, Tools and Other Ancillary Equipment as may be Necessary for the Proper Maintenance and Operation of the Aircraft(S).
D. Maintain, Repair and Overhaul the Aircraft and Ensure that it is in a Serviceable Condition and Available for Flight at Any Time in Accordance with the Flight Requirements Detailed in the Contract
E. Provide Replacement Helicopter when the Primary One is Unavailable Due to Maintenance or Breakdown.
F. Maintain a Valid Nigerian Certificate of Airworthiness and Ensure Full Compliance with All Nigerian Air-Laws and Regulations in Respect of the Aircraft.
G. Provide Supporting Helicopter if the Primary Helicopter Cannot Complete the Planned Flight for the Day
H. Obtain All Necessary Work and Residence Permits for Contractor`s Employees Together with All Licenses and Permits Necessary for Same for the Operation of the Aircraft in the Operating Area.
