Tenders are invited for Provision of Drilling of 3 Boreholes in Okavango Sub-District Areas (Xooshe, Xabacha and Shaikarawe)
Deposit Details: P 250.00/- (non-refundable)
Closing Date: 04 September 2018 at 09:00 (Local Time)
Site Inspection: A compulsory site meeting with representatives of the Procuring Department will take place as follows; for Xooshe, meeting place is at Qangwa next to the village Kgotla on 21 August, 2018. For Xabacha and Shaikarawe meeting place is at Ikoga Veterinary Gate on 22nd August, 2018. Please note that further instructions may be given during site visits. Registration starts at 10:00 hours and closes at 10:30 hours. Contractors that come later than the start time will not be allowed to participate in the site visit activities. Sending one person to represent more than one company will not be allowed.
Restriction: This tender is open to bidders who are domiciled in Botswana and are 100% citizen owned contractors. Bidders shall, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following category: Code: 09 - Drilling Works, Sub-Code: 01 - Drilling. Borehole Development and Equipping, Grades: OC to D.
