Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Dra Injection Packages

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE MATERIALS

The EACOP requirements for the Chemical Injection Packages

(skid mounted) for Drag Reducing Agent (DRA) shall include,

but will not necessarily be limited to:

• API 675 3rd edition, controlled volume injection pump

complete with coupling, coupling guard, driver and all

auxiliaries

• Chemical storage tank / vessel with all connections,

instrumentation and mixer if specified in datasheet

• Quick coupling provision on pump suction if specified

in datasheet

• Calibration pot

• Pulsation dampener

• All on skid pipework, pipe supports and valves

• All on-skid instrumentation and electrical equipment,

cabling, wiring, junction boxes and cable trays

• Structural Skid / Baseplate with drip pan / tray, deck

plating, lifting lugs and earthing bosses; For larger

Skids to include access platform, stairways, ladders as

necessary

• Painting, packing and marking.

• Start-up and commissioning spares.
