Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Debt Collection Consultancyservices to TBZ.

Tobacco Board of Zambia (TBZ) established by the Act of Parliament CAP 237 of 1968, with themandate to promote, protect and facilitate production and to regulate the tobacco industry inZambia, wishes to engage the services of a debt collectorto collect various debts owed to TBZ
Objective and Scope of Workfor the assignment
The debt collector will be expected to provide the following services;
1.Work in liaison with the Chief Financial Officer to locate and contact debtors and securing
payments of the long outstanding debt.
2.Working out new payment schedule were necessary, with debtor with the view to achieving
a successful recovery ofthe outstanding balances
3. Recommend a plan foreffective debt management recovery.
4. Provide monthly statements of account on each defaulter.
5. Conduct debt collection services with utmost good faith with the highest level of transparency and accountability

Experience and qualification Tobacco Board of Zambia, now invites qualified and experienced private firms for the expression of interest (EOI) to collect debt owed to TBZ. All interested firms (debt collectors) must provide the following documents in orderto be consider forshortlist,
1. Copy of the certificate of incorporation
2. Copy of the valid tax clearance certificate
3. Copy of the valid Tax payers ident cation number (TPIN) certificate
4. Proof of experience in similarassignment
