Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for a National Annex for Building Standards.

The Ministry of Public Infrastructure and Land Transport is hereby inviting national and international individual Consultants to submit technical and financial proposals for consultancy services required for the Building Control Advisory Council which operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Public Infrastructure and Land Transport, which could form the basis for future negotiations and ultimately, a contract between you and the Building Control Advisory Council.

The purpose of this assignment is to:
Select a consultant for the preparation of Building Codes.

The following documents are enclosed to enable you to submit your proposal:
(a) the Terms of Reference (TOR) (Annexure 1);
(b) supplementary information for consultants, including a suggested format of curriculum vitae (Annexure 2); and
(c) a sample format of the Service Contract under which the service will be performed (Annexure 3)

Any request for clarification should be forwarded by e-mail to spentayah@govmu.org addressed to the same person mentioned in para. 7. Request for clarifications should be received 14 days prior to the deadline set for submission of proposals in para 7.
