Description:

1. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and registered Professional Food Service Companies to run and operate United Nations provided kitchens and dining facilities in Bangui (two different locations) and in the Regions of the Central African Republic. 2. The required catering services, shall include but not be limited to operation of daily menus, a-la-carte restaurants, self-service cafeterias, snack bars, vending machines, deliveries and catering for special events. The services may accommodate special dietary requirements eg. vegetarian, diabetic, kosher, halal and allergies and shall be provided in conformance with international standards governing food quality and safety, storage, preparation, hygiene and service. Services shall also take into consideration the various ethnic and religious dietary requirements of the UN’s multicultural workforce. 3. Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by e-mail (details below), courier services or hand delivery to MINUSCA at the address given below. 4. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MINUSCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 5.
