Expression of Interest are invited for Provider Responsible for Carrying out an Environmental Study Relating to Infrastructure Construction Work Socioeconomic in the Department of Logone and Chari. Extreme Northern Region.

1. Background
The Chari-Logone Integrated Rural Development Project (PDRI-CL) intends to use part of its funding (from the Government and the IDB) to make the payments authorized under the contract for the recruitment of a service provider responsible for carry out an environmental study relating to
construction of socio-economic infrastructure in the Logone et Chari department, far north region.
As part of the implementation of this second phase, it is planned to build socio-economic infrastructure in the project intervention area. This activity, the importance of which is no longer to be demonstrated, will have an impact on the environment, on the populations surrounding the sections.

2. Purpose
the call for expressions of interest relates to the recruitment of a service provider responsible for carrying out an environmental study which will make it possible to assess the impact on the physical environment (vegetation, fauna, soil, subsoil, etc.) . social of the places of realization of said infrastructures.

3. Consistency of the services
The consultant for the services will have among other tasks to perform:
- The delimitation of the study area;

8. Evaluation criteria
These are the following criteria:

Experience of the company in the services mentioned in point 4 above: copies of the 1 *
last pages of the contract as well as the minutes of technical acceptance or certificate of service made or

Human resources :

01 Civil Engineer with references in borehole construction or Engineering with
references in the building industry (minimum Bac + 3) with at least 05 years of experience
general, 03 years of experience in environmental management of projects:
01 Expert in natural resource management (water, soil, fauna, flora) or water engineer,
forest and hunting or equivalent (min Bac + 3) with at least 04 years of general experience and
03 years of specific experience;
01 Sociologist or Agroeconomist or equivalent (min Bac + 3) with experience
general of four (04) years and justifying at least 03 projects in impact studies
environmental (Experts will each have 08 points. 08 x 3 = 24 points = certified copy
diploma, availability certificate, signed CV, similar references declared in the CV);
Equipment: 01 vehicle (copy of the gray card for the owner: copy of the gray card +
rental contract for the tenant: 06 points);
Relevance of the organizational chart including all the personnel to be used for the execution of the
benefits (10 points).
