Expression of Interest are invited for Provide Consultancy in Mini-Grid and off-Grid Project Preparation, Feasibility Studies, and Regulatory Design
The specific objectives of this assignment will be as follows:

i. To undertake desk study and stakeholder consultation to ascertain potential renewable energy sites;

ii. To undertake feasibility studies for selected hydro, solar and biomass project sites and package them into bankable projects;

iii. To develop a developer-s guide to accessing land rights;

iv. To undertake study on the adoption of cook stoves in rural and urban areas including Facilitation for the development of standards for Improved Cook Stoves; and

v. To train REA and MoE officers in designing and implementing renewable energy projects.
