Tenders are invited for Project management (engineering study, control and monitoring of works) for the realization of 400 productive boreholes and the rehabilitation of 200 old boreholes in the Savannah and Kara regions within the framework of the PASCO2 project.
1. The Ministry of Water, Rural Equipment and Village Hydraulics (hereinafter called "the Customer") has requested funding from the French Development Agency (hereinafter named "AFD") to cover the cost of the Project to improve sanitary conditions in schools and rural areas in the Savannah and Kara regions (PASSCO 2), and intends to allocate part of the funding to payments relating to the Contract for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
2. The Client now requests Proposals for the provision of the following consultancy services: Selection of a design office with a view to project management (engineering study, control and monitoring of works) from project, hereinafter referred to as "the Services". For more information on the Services, please see the attached Terms of Reference (Section VII).
3. This RFP is an open international invitation to tender, without a shortlist or any particular advantage granted to a category of consultant.
4. The selection method is selection based on quality and cost ("SFQC").
5. This RFP includes the following sections:
