The purpose of this DAOR is the project management of the construction works of the SODECOTON headquarters building in the city of Garoua.

The services that will be entrusted to the Co-contractor will include four missions:

Mission I APD, PEO, STD: Verification of architectural and technical studies (architectural plans and calculation notes for technical lots) Detailed Preliminary Project (APD), Project Execution of Works (PEO) and Detailed Technical Specifications (STD) phase ;

Mission II DET: Management of the execution of works contracts;

Mission III OPC: Scheduling, management and coordination of the site;

Mission IV AOR: Assistance to reception operations.

The project management of the services will be carried out on 6 separate sub-lots or trades:

Sub-lot 1: Architecture Sub-lot 2: Sanitary plumbing, fire protection;

General earthworks;

Big work ;

Coverage and Sealing;

Ceiling and false ceiling;
