Production of up to 250, 000 condoms, cylindrical, with reservoir, smooth, natural color, length min. 180mm +/- 2mm, nominal width 53mm +/- 2mm, with a lubricating film based on dimethicone, wall thickness approx. 0.07mm (normal). Quality according to: DIN EN ISO 4074:2015-04 - Edition 09/2017 (Condoms made of natural rubber latex - requirements and test methods ISO/FDIS4074:2015), German and English version FprENISO4074:2015 and EC Directive 93/42 Medical Devices Act with CE marking. Individually sealed in a foil, Size of the film max. 65 x 65mm or 40 x 70mm. Production of up to 750, 000 sachets of lubricant, 4 - 6ml content. Sealed in packaging (max. 60 x 60 mm), rounded corners with tear point if possible. Water-based, latex compatible and for Silicone sex toy suitable lubricant without parabens (isopropyl, isobutyl and phenyl parabens). Production of up to 500, 000 pocket packs (e.g. image printing 300g/m², 4/4c Euroscale), printed on two sides in 4/4 colors. Packaging size 68x68mm up to max. 75x75mm (closed) - depending on the size of the foil on the condoms and the lubricant sachets. Cutting die see appendix 6. Various motifs. The client supplies the graphics for the packaging. Packaging of condoms and Lubricant sachets in the pocket packaging. Pack at least 100 pieces in boxes and max. 2, 000 containers.
