Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Wellhead Equipment Materials (“the Goods”).
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of the amount of two hundred dollars (US $ 200).Payment will be made by certified check payable to "Electricity of Djibouti" or by bank transfer to account N°00000 580 105 840 001 32 USD “Banque pour le commerce et l`Industrie Mer Rouge” (BCIMR). The document will be withdrawn at the address mentioned above. The courier /shipment cost shall be paid for by the Bidder .
The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Standard Bidding Documents: Procurement of Goods.

Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 08h00 Djibouti time on the Wednesday 07 June 2017and must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the Wednesday 07 June 2017 à 09h00 Djibouti time at the offices of the Djibouti Chamber of Commerce.
Qualification criteria are as follows: Bidder must have at least ten full systems (master valve, expansion spool and side outlet valves) installed and operating for more than five years in at least two different geothermal fields with a bottom hole temperatures in excess of three degrees Celsius; having current Certificate for API 6A and API 6D covering the sizes supplied.
