What are we looking for?

Population Services International (PSI Somaliland/Somalia) is hereby inviting all interested eligible bidders with the required experience and capacity to supply pharmaceuticals drugs, consumables/supplies and laboratory items to our warehouse in Hargeisa.

If you are interested and could supply the above-mentioned products, please register your company by sending an e-mail with your expression of interest and, the following required documents:

Legal registration certificate
Import/export license
Brief company profile
Proof of tax payment- latest tax payment certification
to somprocurement@psi.org, to qualify for receiving the full bid document that includes the IFB document and the detailed quantification list – pharmaceuticals, supplies and laboratory materials with specifications, and preferred country of origins and other essential bidding instructions, requirements and bid evaluation process.

Please include the words “IFB Registration- Medical Supplies” in the subject line and the following information in the body of the e-mail message: company name, contact name, phone number and e-mail address. In response, PSI will send you the full “IFB” document.
