Procurement + introduction of an inventory management system The subject of the EVB IT contract is the procurement, transfer, introduction and maintenance of a standardized merchandise management system (WaWi) for the consistent digitalization of the procurement process German pension insurance Bavaria South (client) including: • Provision of the software for permanent use in the client's data center • Implementation, initial setup and configuration • Integration into the existing one IT infrastructure and related specialist processes • Training of users and system support • Maintenance, care and support over the contract term • Project management and implementation support The aim is to replace the current one heterogeneous, partly media-disruptive purchasing process through a uniform, audit-proof system with which the entire purchasing process is mapped transparently, comprehensibly and efficiently. The merchandise management process should be standardized and standardized and reduce manual activities.
