Tenders are invited for Procurement of Editing, Printing and Publishing Services of National Health Quality Standards Books for the Ministry of Health and Wellness
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Department of Health Inspectorate, Sixth Floor, Block A, Office No. 6A3, Ministry of Health and Wellness, Plot No. 54609, Government Enclave, Gaborone, Botswana.
Collection of Tender Documents (ITT) will be from 8th March, 2021.

Tender Documents may be collected during working hours between 0730 hours and 1230 hours and from 1400 hours to 1630 hours on weekdays.
• A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) and P125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) for youth owned companies payable in cash at Ministry of Health and Wellness Headquarters, Plot No. 54609, Government Enclave, Sixth Floor, Office No. 6A13 Gaborone, Botswana to collect the Tender Document.
• Queries relating to the issuance of these documents must be made within fourteen (14) days before the closing ` date for tender offers addressed to: Ms Lesego Moatshe, Telephone No. 3632105 Fax No. 3974512. E-mail: [email protected].
All responses clarifications/queries shall be in writing and communicated to all the bidders. Where appropriate, tender amendments will be issued.
• The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 1000 hours on 12th March, 2021. Late tender offers will not be accepted.
