Description : PAKISTAN AERONAUTICAL COMPLEX BOARD KAMRA APPLICATION FOR BIDDING 1. Applications are invited for bidding of reputable companies / firms for following:Printing Services (Designing and Printing of PAC Catalog)(i) Colour 05 colour(ii) Printing Both Sides(iii) Lamination Glossy Finish(v)Size A-4+ (vi) Paper150 Gsm Matt(vii)Title Paper 310 Gsm Art Art Card(viii)Dye Fold Greased Dye(ix) Binding Gum Binding with Stitching(x)Finishing Dye Cutting & Creasing(xi)Folder 350 Gsm Art Card with Pocket on Left Side 2. Only NTN and GST registered companies / firms appearing the active tax payer list of Federal Board of Revenue and having experience of the field services are to participate. The firms will be required to provide services as per above paragraph and to fulfill the following conditions:- (a) Provide complete profile comprising organizational set-up, relevant experience, past performance (projects completed) / detail of works in hand with other clients & PAC. (b) Details of capabilities and resources which could be provided in the field and documentary evidence to demonstrate the qualifications with information?s pertaining to Human Resources & Material. PAC reserves the right to visit the premises of the company thru its representatives for obtaining on ground knowledge. (c) Details of the proposed project manager / team leader with qualifications. (d) Affidavit that the company / firm or associated units have not been blacklist by any Govt / Semi Govt / Autonomous body. (e) Financial position of the firm, supported with bank statement, profit / loss statement and audit reports for the last three years. 3. Interested firms / companies may submit their quotations before 1100 hrs on 15 January, 2020. PAC Kamra reserves the right of acceptance / rejection of all the offers there of based upon the information provided by the applicants. 4. The quotations shall comprise a single package containing 02 separate envelopes. Each envelop shall contain separately, the financial proposal and the technical proposal respectively. Technical proposal shall contain all relevant essential specifications along with literature / brochures. Financial offer should indicate price of quoted item. 5.
