Tenders are invited for Printing and Publishing of IGAD-Global Fund Health Program Strategic Plan, Manuals and Frameworks.

PRINTING AND PUBLISHING OF IGAD-GLOBAL FUND HEALTH PROGRAM STRATEGIC PLAN, MANUALS AND FRAMEWORKS.

Ref: IGAD-106/2018.

The Intergovernmental Authority (IGAD) has received financial Funding from Global Fund and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds for services for the publishing of IGAD Global Fund Health Program’s strategic plan, manuals and framework and guidelines for improving TB HIV services in the refugee settings.

IGAD-Secretariat with the financial support from development partner; Global Fund has planned to utilise part of the funds on publishing and printing of Program’s strategic plan, manuals and framework and guidelines.

Now the IGAD-Global Fund Health Program invites eligible (firms) publishers to express their interest in providing the Publishing services. The Publisher should demonstrate proven experience in printing and publishing of documents (calendars, diaries and greeting cards in IGAD Colors). The Publisher will lay and typeset IGAD document and editing where necessary of documents.

Interested service provider/publisher is required to provide information indicating that they are qualified and have what it takes to perform the services, supporting documents (such as brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).

The most economically advantageous publisher/printer shall be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in IGAD Procurement Procedures and Guidelines. The proposals (Technical and Financial) must be in English and should be submitted by email to the address below. Email should be written “Proposals for Printing and Publishing of Global Fund Health Program’s Strategic Plan 2018-2025, Implementation manual and Regional coordination framework and guideline.

You are also provided with detailed specifications to guide you in preparing both financial and technical proposals.

Proposals must be submitted not later than 10:00 am on Wednesday August 29th 2018.
