Tenders are invited for Printing and Publishing of Igad Calendars, Diaries and Greeting Cards.
Ref: IGAD-106/2018.
The Intergovernmental Authority (IGAD) has received financing from the Member States and Development Partners and intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds for services for the publishing of IGAD Calendars, Diaries and Greeting cards.
IGAD-Secretariat with the Financial Support from Member States and other development partners, has planned to utilise part of the funds on publishing and printing of calendars, diaries and greeting cards needed for as we approach end of the year.
Now the IGAD Secretariat invites eligible publishers (IGAD member firms) to express their interest in providing the Publishing services. The Publisher should demonstrate proven experience in printing and publishing of documents (calendars, diaries and greeting cards in IGAD Colors). The Publisher will lay and typeset IGAD document and editing where necessary of documents.
Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) now invites eligible publishers/printing houses/firms to express their interest in providing the Publishing services. Interested service consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (such as brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
The most economically advantageous publisher/printer shall be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in IGAD Procurement Procedures and Guidelines. The proposals (Technical and Financial) must be in English and should be submitted by email to the address below. Email should be written “Proposals for Printing and Publishing of IGAD Calendars, Diaries and Greetings Cards.
You are also provided with detailed specifications to guide you in preparing both financial and technical proposals.
Proposals must be submitted not later than 10:00 am on Wednesday August 29th 2018.
