GENERAL NOTICE OF AWARD OF CONTRACTS
The Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea has requested and obtained from the African Development Bank a loan for the financing of the Public Finance Modernization Support Project (PAMFP).
The main objectives of this project are:
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of public finance management by strengthening the efficiency of revenue mobilization and more efficient management of public expenditure.
The specific objectives are:
(i) Modernize the regulatory framework for public finance management in order to orient the State towards performance and results;
(ii) Computerize and interconnect the financial authorities and the other economic and financial administrations of the Ministry of Finance, Economy and Planning in order to strengthen rigor, transparency, control and efficiency in the management of resources and
(iii) Strengthen public finance management capacities.
The project (PAMF) includes three (03) components:
• Component I: Support for strengthening the mobilization of non-oil revenues
• Component II: Support for strengthening the efficiency and control of public spending
• Component III: Project management
The acquisition of goods and / or works as well as consulting services will be done in accordance with the
“ Acquisition Policy and Methodology for Operations Financed by the Bank Group, October 2015 Edition”, available on the Bank`s website at the following address: www.afdb.org.
