Expression of Interest are invited for Pre-Selection of Consultants for the Establishment of an Integrated Electronic Document Management System (Siged) with the National Port Authority

Consistency of services
The purpose of this notice of call for expressions of interest is to preselect Consultants to participate in the National Restricted Call for Tenders. The Consultant will:
- Carry out a diagnostic analysis for the implementation of a dematerialization of mail and documentation;
- Propose a global organization scheme for mail and physical documents in accordance with the standard governing the digital archiving of documents;
- Implement the paperless solution for mail and documentation;
- Deploy and test the solution and commission it;
- Carry out training for administrators and users.
