Immobilien Projektmanagement Düsseldorf GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the state capital Düsseldorf (LHD). IPM carries out various construction contracts on behalf of LHD. She intends to have a new building built for the health department in Düsseldorf on behalf of the LHD in Düsseldorf city center between Konrad-Adenauer-Platz, Harkortstrasse and Graf-Adolf-Strasse. The object of the overall project is the construction of a modern, public-oriented and at the same time internally efficient health department or center for public health. The building is intended to accommodate different uses of the public health service and create a contemporary, barrier-free, sustainable and functionally flexible work and service environment.
