Open procedure above the community threshold, pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, divided into a single lot, for the assignment of services relating to the protection of the Rai brand portfolio. The services covered by the contract consist of support, assistance and representation for the establishment, acquisition, modification or extinction of the registered trademarks owned by Rai (currently around 540) and of those that will become part of the assets and are structured as follows: i) Continuous services (provided with deferred quarterly fee): surveillance and monitoring activities of Rai brands not included in the activities referred to in the Ministerial Decree. 194/2024; ii) Specialist professional services "on request" (paid on a monthly basis, detailed in the technical specifications). The tender documents will contain the following provisions: Pursuant to art. 120 paragraph 1 letter. a) of the Code, if the contractual amount is not exhausted upon expiry of the contractual duration, the duration of the contract may be extended for the time necessary to use the entire contractual amount; Pursuant to art. 120 paragraph 1 letter. a) of the Code, Rai reserves the right to request the contractor, during the duration of the contract, in the event of emerging needs that determine a decrease in the need for services, a decrease in services, under equal conditions, for an amount up to one fifth of the contractual fee, also pursuant to the...
