Open procedure above the community threshold, divided into a single lot, for the awarding of a Framework Agreement concerning the processing service in paper and digital format of the forms relating to the Radio and Television License The contract concerns the processing service in paper format and digital form of the forms relating to the Radio and Television Fee, and specifically: printing of the forms in paper format; production and management of forms in digital format; enveloping, packaging and shipping of paper forms; any ancillary services connected to the traceability, archiving and reporting of activities. The communications covered by the service in question are intended for: (i) natural persons, in reference to the private fee, in the name and on behalf of the Agency of Revenue (TV License Office); (ii) business establishments open to the public and for all users outside the family sphere, in reference to the special license fee, in the name and on behalf of Rai. For a detailed description of the technical characteristics and functional aspects of the service as well as the methods of execution of the same, please refer to the Technical Specifications and the technical tender documentation.
