New construction, delivery and commissioning of a manual electroplating system The renovation of the electroplating on the ground floor of the ZW2 building of the integrated technology center at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics includes a complete new installation of the electroplating technology in one completely renovated work area. The service profile includes the complete new equipment of the electroplating hall with approx. 40 treatment and rinsing basins, active baths and the associated circulation and filtration technology, each from Media transfer points to on-site supply systems. Including installation of all associated media lines for water, air and chemical supply to the contractor's system parts. This also includes the new installation of the exhaust system Installation room below the grating level by the system manufacturer. To monitor and control the galvanic processes, an electronic control (DDC) for network integration must be equipped according to the IPP security concept. The working level of the Employees must also be erected as a raised grating level by the system manufacturer.
