The order includes property planning services (Service profile for buildings and interiors) in accordance with Section 34 HOAI in service phases 4 to 9 with corresponding special services. The city of Grevenbroich is planning to build a club and athletes' home on the sports field on Hemmerdener Straße in Wevelinghoven build (construction project). The construction project is divided into two construction phases. In the first construction phase, two changing rooms will be built, each with the associated sanitary rooms (toilet and showers).
