NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE PROVIDED FOR BY ART. 76 PARAGRAPH 2 LETTER B OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 36/2023, FOR THE SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR HITROLE LIGHT REMOTE TURRETS. This Hub, in carrying out its activities, needs to supply the following material: supply of spare parts for the HITROLE LIGHT remote turrets installed on the platform, VTLM 1A, for an amount of €1, 795, 000.00 VAT EXEMPT. For this supply, the Institution intends to adopt a procedure negotiated as foreseen by the art. 76, paragraph 2, letter B Legislative Decree no. 36/202, with the company LEONARDO SPA with registered office in Rome as exclusive owner of the design and engineering know-how of both the product and the process, including the manufacturing processes maintenance and repair of the aforementioned materials. the total amount of the contract is €1, 795, 000.00 VAT exempt.
