Expression of interest

As part of the implementation of the project to modernize the healthcare supply in the region of Sidi Bouzid, the Ministry of Health,
in collaboration with the Ministry of Equipment, Housing and Development of the “MEHAT” territory and with the financial support
of the French Development Agency “AFD”, propose to launch a call for expressions of interest for the selection of a design
office for the assistance mission to the project management.
The missions of the Candidate will have for object the assistance to the Contracting Authority during the operational studies, the realization and the putting
into operation of the project:
- of the project of rehabilitation and extension of the hospital center of Sidi Bouzid;
- restructuring and extension projects for the Regueb and Meknassy hospitals.
The design and construction management services include:
- basic services, from the sketch to assistance with acceptance operations;
- Scheduling, Steering and Coordination, and Synthesis services, in case of devolution of work in macro
lots rather than in general contractor.
This Call for Expressions of Interest is addressed to: Architects & Design offices in Group.
The request for expression of interest file must be collected from the UGPO general management for health projects financed by
Donations and External Loans on the MS 2nd floor old building, or on the TUNEPS and DGMarket websites.
Candidates are invited to submit their complete application files before September 14, 2020 at 10 a.m. The files
must be handed over to the central office of the MS “Rue Djebel Lakhdhar, Beb Saadoun 1029 Tunis” with the mention “project
