Tender description:

The works comprise of construction of two small buildings set against the corners of two boundary walls at UNOPS Office in Fajara, The Gambia. One is a security screening room (area = 11.3m2) and the other houses the generator, fuel tank and an external toilet (area = 28m2). The architecture is simple and so is the finishing. The final architectural drawings for the works are very detailed and are sufficient for any Contractor to carry out the works.
