Tender Details

The District Auction Committee invites applications from registered minor mineral contractors for participation in the auction proceedings for the grant of one-year minor mineral mining leases in respect of notified minor mineral blocks. The auction will be held under Section 78 (3) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Mineral Act 2017 on an 'As is where is' basis against the reserve price mentioned for each block. The call deposit required is 25% of the reserve price. The auction will take place in the office of the Deputy Commissioner Nowshera, with a backup date in case of non-auction. Interested parties must be registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and submit their application forms along with a call deposit and required documents by the deadline.
