Lots: Test-express - A military portable express laboratory should allow for express control of the sanitary condition of a food facility and examination of food products according to methods based on current regulatory documentation, through equipment, laboratory glassware, reagents, accessories, materials and documentation included in the product. 2. PURPOSE: Monitoring the sanitary condition of a food facility; food product examination; research of milk and dairy products; fats, oils; drinking water; weight and temperature of ready-portioned dishes 3. DELIVERY SET: Each module must be a hard plastic container with a carrying handle, equipped with the necessary equipment, reagents, indicators, materials, supplies and guidelines for food hygiene analysis using portable equipment. 4. METROLOGICAL AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: For consumables, the product provides at least 100 determinations for each indicator, in addition to determining the content of ascorbic acid - 50 and determining the products of thermal oxidation of fats - 30. The service life of the product must be replenished with a replenishment kit. The service life of the product is at least 1 year. The product must be configured according to modular principle.
