NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE PRESELECTION

OF SUPPLIERS OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS AND MEDICOPHARMACEUTICAL CONSUMABLES

1- The New Public Health Pharmacy of Côte d`Ivoire

(New PSP Côte d`Ivoire), located at km 4 Boulevard de Marseille

BP V 5 Abidjan Côte d`Ivoire, is launching a Call for Expressions

of Interest for the preselection of Suppliers of

essential drugs under INN, medical devices and

laboratory reagents .

The preselection will be based on the following list of supplies

(see index):

1) Essential ICD

drugs including CMU drugs

2) Medical devices, including x-ray films

3) Medical consumables and Laboratory reagents.

Bidders meeting the required qualifications

are invited to submit their offers in a closed envelope to

provide essential drugs, vaccines,

medico-pharmaceutical materials and consumables,

laboratory reagents and medical devices subdivided into thirteen (13)

lots. Tenders may relate to:

• one or more lots;

• one or more items within a batch.
2- This call for Expression of Interest is open to any

legal or natural person as long as it meets

the conditions and regulations in force in Côte d`Ivoire. Its

purpose is to draw up a validated list of “product /

manufacturer” pairs after having assessed the skills of the suppliers

and the quality of the products. The approval granted will be valid

for a period of 3 years and will allow the

preselected suppliers to participate in the restricted consultations

for the product / manufacturer pairs validated during this

period.

However, a reassessment of the preselection file will be

done in the following cases:

• Modification of the characteristics of the product,

• non-conformity detected during quality controls upon

receipt of the products in the event of a contract being awarded and

• in the event of complaints about the quality of the product.
3- In the case of bidders / distributors, they must

produce, as an integral part of their

submission file, a letter of approval or mandate

issued by the manufacturer of each item offered (see model

in appendix 8).
4- The call for expression of interest for the

preselection of medical product suppliers referenced

under number 03/2019 can be withdrawn from Monday

August 17, 2020 from the mail service of the New PSP Côte

d`Ivoire, at the following address:

against the payment of a non-refundable sum of Three

hundred thousand (300, 000) CFA francs, to be paid in cash deposited at the

cash desk of the New PSP Côte d`Ivoire, against receipt or by

international money order.

Only bidders who have actually paid the fees

for withdrawing the Supplier Preselection File will have

their bids examined and evaluated by

the New PSP Côte d`Ivoire Supplier Preselection Commission .

The files will be sent to the General Management of the

New PSP Côte d`Ivoire, at the address indicated above.
5- The deadlines for submitting files accompanied by

samples are set in accordance with the schedule below.

It is brought to the attention of the candidates that the

New PSP Côte d`Ivoire is now carrying out the

continuous technical evaluation of the offers. This will allow

suppliers to continuously submit their offers to

obtain approvals, update their files or expand

their product line year round.

for the first session and on Friday 18 December

2020 at the same time for the second session following the

above timetable.
7- The results of this call for Expressions of Interest will be

published in the premises of the New PSP Côte d`Ivoire

(New Pharmacy of Public Health of Côte d`Ivoire)

located at Km4 Boulevard de Marseille.
