The general objective of the terms of reference is to define the services to be carried out by the Consultant as part of the pre-feasibility study for the substations identified during the study conducted by a consultancy firm whose report will be made available.

The specific objectives of the study are: A comparative analysis of the various types of batteries. Analyses on the impact of batteries on the power system (efficiency, voltage plan, dynamic stability, etc.).A single-wire scheme for the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and the connecting equipment (switchgear and connections). The technical specifications of the BESS and the connecting equipment. Equipment layout plan for the BESS and connecting equipment.
