Open procedure, divided into a single lot, for the assignment of the market investigation service of the main VoD services active in Italy, both OTT pay platforms (e.g. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, NOW, Apple TV+, Paramount+, Tim Vision, Infinity+, HBO Max), both free (e.g. YouTube, RaiPlay, Mediaset Infinity) and streaming in Italy, with an integrated approach that allows us to analyze the evolution of the offer, editorial models, competitive dynamics and user behaviour. The research it must be based on an integrated approach that includes desk analysis, to provide the reference framework and the main macro trends; quantitative tools, to allow robust and representative measurements; qualitative insights to grasp more subtle perceptions and dynamics aimed at broadening the vision and motivations behind the phenomena; analysis of usability, look & feel, information architecture, catalog and overall perception of the user experience.
