Lots: Maintenance services for energy boilers/boiler equipment and similar energy equipment and systems - One-time maintenance of Vissmann Vitoplex 100 PV1 250kW liquid fuel heating boilers in quantity - 2 pcs and WEISHAUPT burners in quantity - 2 pcs. List of works - adjustment, adjustment of burners: fan wheel and air channels of the burner device; ignition devices; nozzles, nozzle rod and nozzle cross; flame pipe and retaining washer; filters and dirt traps; servo drive; flame sensor. Functional check: operation of burners according to instructions; ignition devices; air pressure switch; fuel control; fuel conductive structural elements. Examination rated power and quality of fuel combustion by a gas analyzer with the preparation of a measurement protocol and regime map. Cleaning boilers, checking CO and soot content, checking and maintaining circulation pumps, check valves, gate valves, three-way valves valves, etc. cleaning filters, chemical water treatment, tightening bolted connections (eliminating leaks), checking and adjusting the boiler, checking and servicing fuel supply pumps.
