The subject of the award procedure is the provision of maintenance, basic and glass cleaning for and on behalf of Strausberger Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH to and in residential and commercial buildings of Strausberger Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH in the city area Strausberg by a qualified contractor. The award procedure includes lots I, II, III and IV. The objects to be cleaned are assigned to the individual lots I to IV according to the respective object list. Subject of individual lots I to IV are maintenance cleaning services in entrance areas (main entrance doors, floor gratings/floor mats, entrance lighting, bell system, house notices and mailboxes), stairwell areas (stairs and landings including steps and risers, floors and skirting boards, handrails, light and bell buttons, window sills, walls and ceilings, radiators, stairwell railings, doors/frames including side panels, lamps), elevators (if available, including elevator cabins, elevator doors, door guide rails) and basement corridors. In addition, the individual lots I to IV cover glass cleaning services (staircase windows, windows in the basement corridors and windows in the accessible common rooms, courtyard and side doors, Glass shafts elevators), basic cleaning services (floor coverings in the stairwell and elevator) and special cleaning services.
