Quotation are invited for Maintenance and Cleaning Services of the Buildings of the Buildings Housing the Ministry of Superior Education, The National Institute of the University Governance and the National Center for Supervision of the Interconnection Network of the Universities of Yaounde.

The file can be obtained from the Internal Market Administrative Management Structure of the Ministry of Higher Education, door 1403, on the 14th floor of ministerial building no. 2, upon publication of this notice, upon presentation of a receipt payment to the Public Treasury of a non-refundable sum of 25, 000 (Twenty-five thousand) FCFA representing the costs of purchasing the Quotation Request file payable to the public treasury.

Each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-tier banking establishment or an insurance company authorized to issue bonds within the framework of Public Contracts and the list of which appears in Exhibit 7 of the Bidder's File.
